“Lullabies for Madalena” is an album dedicated to little Madalena, the daughter of a very close couple of friends.
Since her first days of life, Madalena would calm down while listening to the artist’s first album (3/4 of Experimentalism), which inspired the composer to create an album just for her—filled with soft, restful lullabies.
This album also marked the composer’s return to the essence of childhood, crafting melodies that capture the innocence, beauty, and gentle wonder that only early life can inspire.
1 – La Fin D’un Amour (2:42)
“La Fin d’un Amour” is a single written for a piano composition contest, with the theme “sadness.”
Paulo F. Moraes won the competition with this piece (the Franz Ventura Piano Competition). As a source of inspiration, the composer channeled all the emotion felt at the end of a love into this work.

“3/4 of Experimentalism” stands as Paulo F. Moraes’ debut original album, introducing his first eight completed piano compositions.
Each track carries a personal reflection or memory from the composer, and every piece was dedicated to someone meaningful in his journey.
Rooted entirely in 3/4 time, the album’s harmonic simplicity reveals a subtle honest – these songs are, in essence, the composer’s first musical sketches, gentle and true.
